The Bill (Reg. No.2203) was elaborated to create a separate special-purpose parliamentary body in charge of elaboration of the Draft Criminal and Procedural Code. The relevant process should involve the members of all political parties represented in The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine.
The Committee members believe that "adoption of the resolution will positively influence organization of efficient work concerning elaboration of the Draft Criminal and Procedural Code of Ukraine.
